NTRCA has sorted the final list of the qualified teachers to appoint at the entry level job in different private Schools and Colleges. The number of total teachers is more than 15 thousands. This is un-doubtly a great list of selected teachers. Total number of Schools and Colleges is 6,562. Because these 15 thousand teachers will ensure quality teaching in different Educational Institutes. So that a lot of students will be benefitted with the best teaching skills. This is really a great initiative from the Bangladesh Govt. Because without quality teacher qualified students will not come out. So to fight in the International market Bangladesh will get the best manpower. It will help to develop the Bangladesh economy. Actually its’ advantages know no bounds.

Honorable Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will declare the 1st-12th NTRCA BD Teacher Registration Final Candidate List Result 2016 sunday at 3.00 P.M at the Education Ministry. The Education Ministry has confirmed this news.
After getting the result the private School or College Management committee will appoint the Teachers from the selected teachers. If that School or College is under MPO then the candidates will not appear at any competitive exam to be appointed. They will be directly appointed. But the NTRCA Authority has also gathered the vacant position of the non MPO Schools’ and Colleges’. But the Future Teachers are hopeless in this type of situation.

The list has been created according to Thana, District and Division. If a candidate become deselected in his/her own Upazilla or Thana then he will get the chance in District. If not then he will be selected according to Divisional list.
Those who have passed any of the 1st to 12th NTRCA Registration Exam will be in the final list according to their NTRCA Registration Marks, Academic Results and so on. These exams were held within 2005 to 2015. According to NTRCA Registration Law these passed candidates are eligible to be the Teachers of Private Schools and Colleges. After getting the Registration certificate the candidates were bound to appear at the job exams in private schools and colleges. But this is the first time in history that these NTRCA Certificate Holders will be directly appointed to the vacant Teaching posts of different Private Schools and Colleges.

But the 13th NTRCA Registration Candidates are too much annoyed with this selection. Because their logic is they will finally qualify for this type of appointment after facing Preliminary, Written and viva-voce. But the 1st to 12th NTRCA passed candidates faced only 200 Marks Examination. So the judgement is not equal.
The NTRCA authority seeks the list of vacant posts from more than 30 thousands educational Institutes. The Head of those Institutes provide that type of list within 30th June of 2016. There is an allegation that some Institutes has hidden their vacant list.

According to the NTRCA authority, from 6,562 educational Institutes they have got 15,121 vacant posts demand through online. 14 lakhs application have been submitted for those vacant posts till August 16, 2016
