Educational Requirements:

Completed MBA from any Commerce Subject
M.A in Finance or Accounting or Management or Banking or Statistics or Human Resources
B.Sc in CSE or Textile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or EEE.
CGPA must be 3.00 out of 4.00 in both Graduation and Post-Graduation from any recognized University.
CGPA must be 4.50 out of 5.00 in both S.S.C and H.S.C
For English medium it must be minimum ‘B’ in both ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level.

Salary:

On probation Period a Management Trainee officer will get 50,000/ Taka as Remuneration. Probation period is one year. After successful completion of Probation Period an MTO will be considered as First Executive Officer.

Other Requirements:

At first you must have the mentality to work in any Branch of Jamuna Bank of all over Bangladesh. In addition to this in this modern world you must have the basic knowledge on Computer Operating. such as MS word, Power Point,. MS Excel, Internet Browsing etc. Hope you have these qualities.
