AIIMS MBBS 2019 is knocking at the door. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi is considered as the most difficult medical entrance exam in India which paves a path for the students to the premier institutes of AIIMS in the country.

Getting into MBBS through AIIMS exam is a dream for all the medical aspirants. But the path is not as easy as it is said. Students have to give all their efforts to make it.

AIIMS provides admissions in MBBS courses in several campuses affiliated to AIIMS. The syllabus of AIIMS mainly consists of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) and General Knowledge.

Beware of the Syllabus

Study the Periodic Table Thoroughly

Study the periodic table as your bible. Several changes have been made since Mendeleev laid down the periodic table on the basis of atomic mass. As on now, the characteristic property of elements is atomic number and along with this, number of new elements have been found and added to the periodic table. Periodic table is helpful in knowing about the chemical reactions, chemical properties, reactivity, conductance etc.

Memorize the Terminology and Symbols

Symbols and terms used in chemistry are both confusing as well as tricky. Therefore, no option is left except memorizing the symbols using your ways. To make the process easy, you may get aided using flashcards which would help you much in by hearting the symbols and make them stay in your mind for long.

However, no matter what you read or learn, if you are not revising, then there is no meaning of the efforts you made for the first time. Try that you give a couple of minutes every day in recalling whatever you have learnt so far.

Practice Previous Years’ Questions

Doing previous years’ sets have many benefits such as: it makes you familiar with the exam pattern, the type of questions asked, gives you analysis of your performance, you get to know about the topics you are good in and the ones in which you need more practice, you can also manage time and your speed of solving the paper and make it accurate as per the requirement till you appear for the real exam.

Analyze Your Performance in the Mocks

After giving mock tests, try to analyze your performance. This is one of the most important thing to do while you are preparing for an exam. Manage your time and speed accordingly. Try to improve your performance with every mock test you attempt. This would help you to enhance your confidence level.
